The concept of CRE Central comes from a long time tradition of landlords, sellers and their representatives. In almost every market across America these real estate professionals form organizations and meet periodically.  A few minutes during these meetings is set aside for "Haves and Wants".

During this time each person having a property that needs to be sold or leased stands up to describe their property. Subsequently each person that is looking for property stands up and describes their want. The hope during these meetings is that two of the needs presented will match and result in a deal taking place.  CRE Central has taken this concept and expanded it to be a 24-hour, nationwide conversation.
